Rates & Packages

The VA Taster Package – Price: £150

Never used a VA before?  This option is ideal if you would like to experience our business support services and find out just how well it can work for you and your business.  This package is also great if you would like to use us for a specific project or for a fixed number of hours.

Includes a free initial telephone consultation to see how we can best meet your needs, free set up and a further 4 hours dedicated to supporting your business.  Use all the hours all in one day or over the next 6 months, the choice is yours!                         
                                                                                                                                    

Option 1
Pay As You Go – To keep things really simple we charge by the hour

Our standard VA hourly rate is £32.00 per hour - allowing you to use us as and when required.  Completely flexible and no commitment.
We will invoice you at the end of each month and charge you only for the hours you have used.  Beyond the first hour, rates are billed on a per minute basis and charged to the nearest 15 minutes.
Our payment terms are 14 days.


Option 2
Purchase of hours in advance and receive discount

If you would like to use our Personal Business Assistant or marketing Services on a regular basis then this is our most popular option!  
You buy your hours upfront and in clusters and receive  a nice little discount.   The hours will roll over so you don't loose them - and we will keep you posted on number of hours remaining.  
Payment is made upfront for this option - we will raise you an invoice and monies due immediately. 

10 hours purchased upfront - £300.00      (equivalent to £30ph)
20 hours purchased upfront - £560.00     (equivalent to £28ph) 
30 hours purchased upfront - £780.00      (equivalent to £26ph)



Option 3
Retainer Packages

This package is tailored specifically to the client, usually once we have a firm tasks list and estimate of hours required each month.  A Retainer Agreement will be signed by both parties.  Retainer payments are due by Standing Order on 1st of each month and payable in advance at a discounted rate to the PAYG prices above. Unused hours cannot be rolled over to the next month. Either Party may terminate the Retainer Agreement with thirty (60) days notice to the other Party at any time.



Additional services to be billed at cost:

Postage and stationery, Telephone Calls, Printing, Mileage (at 45p per mile), Travel, Copying etc


Prices are reviewed on the 1st April each year.
